crochet crazy

the mammoth blanket is so cosy
and the blanket for my mum's room is finished and looks lovely
im now making a very girly-pink/purple and red blanket for my friend's baby-she is only 12 wks old and completely adores her other 2 blankets i made for her-both her and her cousin who is about 18mths-wont go to sleep without the blankets i made them-as is the case with my great niece
im slowly taking over the worled with my blankets-insert evil laugh

slapped cheek syndrome

my eldest appears to have this
it is very strange only symptoms are pink/red "slapped" looking cheeks-witha slight temp and a bit of a headache-he is fine in himself but the birght cheeks due look perculiar on his normally pale skin

blanket fever

the huge blanket now has pride of place on my double bed-it is so cosy and warm-i dont want to get up in the mornings
i have now started another one-which will be used in my mum's house-either over the bed-or to cover the headboard
which she has done with one i made for her-it is all pinks/purples -it looks good

the blanket is finished

my mammoth 100 rows around blanket is now complete
feels great but also a bit strange-i dont have another one to start
my mm wants me to do one for my brother's old room in her house-in terracotta and brown and cream
but need to get the wool
so my blanket is now in the wash-they always feel cosier when they have been washed

well the mammoth size crochet blanket is almost finished
i have about 3 rows left to do
but seem to have gone on a go slow-as the blanket nears its completion

done some more of my blanket-now on row 97-want to get it to 100
the blanket is getting so heavy to work with-but it will be so lovely and warm on my bed once it is finisged-and do we ever need it in this weather

well not got much more done on blanket
but have finished my a-z mini book-well as much as i want done for now
might titivate at a later date
